I just received two units of Netlea AT545s. I have two other lights on hand, the Chihiros B45, Twinstar 45B, and I thought I would do a simple comparison between the three.
Without any professional equipment, I will only be using the photone app with DIY light diffuser. Note: the paper I used was 20lb instead of the recommended 22lb, I am assuming the PAR reading is higher than the actual, but I think it's good enough for comparison use.
I did very simple measurements, the lights are placed at the center of a clean UNS 45U tank, and the iPhone(16 Pro) sensor is placed directly below the light on the bottom panel, where the center point of the tank is. And the results are as follows:

(Note: the mirror shade used here is a DIY shade)
There are 10 levels of power outputs to choose from for the Netlea, so I tested each level to find out at which level the PAR reading will be similar to the Chihiros/Twinstar. I am getting 177 at level 3 and 141 at level 2.
The newest generation of Netlea AT5s do not need any mirror shades, since they have reflection cup for each LED bulb. When viewing from a lower angle, I can comfortably look inside the tank without the lights hurting my eyes, even at full power.
I will be using these lights on my tanks only since they are so powerful and has a very reasonable price. The only caveat is that the warranty on these lights are basically waived since it's costly to send them back to China if anything needs to be fixed. Also, the app can use some improvements, but overall acceptable since I can read Mandarin.
There are very limited information on Netlea's lights when I was doing my research prior to getting them, so I thought I'd provide some data here for any future references.
