What is this algae?

It looks like diatom, but I can't have had diatom for 3 months now. Well, yeah, I know I could have, but just seems so unlikely.
The leaf at the top of the pic looks like diatom. The leaf in the bottom, in front, looks like diatom and cyano making an unholy untion.
I put some of that slime remover last night, and the cyano and this brown stuff got better, but it is starting to come back tonight.
Ridiculous how fast it grows.

Been asking that for weeks. I think I have it answered. Still curious about the algae.
