UNS 120U stand

Hmmm I think I will add some maybe, just in case of any spill issues might be good to not have the tank completely on the floor. I’ll just make a slight adjustment on the bottom and lift it to create a space to put the feet around the whole perimeter of the stand. And some in the middle.

This is the biggest thing for me. I have yet to NOT flood a tank at some point, or spill water. Stands I built that didn't have feet resulted in mold, rot or stains. The stands I have now with some kind of feet all can at least get dry with an overnight fan when I inevitably over-fill a tank every 6-8 months or so...

I just have to find some that have flat bottoms, but I would want support on the outside on the cabinet, so I’ll have to lift the cabinet bottom panel but I would have to dry fit and measure interior space since the stand is 30” to make sure if I take 3inches of interior height everything will still fit comfortably (co2, filter etc) this is the style I have on hand from the 60U build. But they are too tall

I use these from Ikea. Unfortunately, I don't have a spec on how much weight each is rated for and I've only used them on my smaller stand and the stand that will be holding a 75g ( I have 6 mounted on that). I like that they are lower profile and can be adjusted from inside the cabinet with holes drilled for the bolts. You would have to have the sides of the cabinet sitting on the base though for these to support the stand.

Yeah that would change the entire design at this point so I’ll have to lift the bottom

Yeah, they seem sturdy so far!
Ended up ordering the ones @Naturescapes_Rocco used. Similar to my other ones I had and I’m adding stretchers underneath the bottom panel since if not, I would have had to cut a whole new bottom to support the sides etc

Feet got here today. Laminated 2 bottom stretchers yesterday, while I waited for them to arrive. Still fiddling with feet placement, using 16 in total. I might use just 1 per bottom stretcher in the front but since the verticals will sit above this to hold the front of the tank, 2 feels better 😂

That's probably a better choice. If I had thought about the feet before I started building the aquarium I probably would have done the same
