immersed plant to emersed?

You need to completely cover it. In a perfect world a seed starter dome that would trap all moisture and allow you to slowly open a vent over the coming weeks to 'harden' it off to lower levels of humidity. (assuming the plant can survive lower levels of humidity, its a tropical plant and it might not)

In a less perfect world a bunch of plastic cling wrap you slowly poke holes into will work. But trapping humidity is a must either way.

Thanks will try that , tho it is basically in the lid of my goldfish tank humidity hovers around 70 , will try to cover it to give more humidity

Humidity control is the way to do it. Start at 100% and slowly ramp down. You will want to keep the humidity in the 85% range. Make sure the plant doesn’t dry out by spraying and roots wet.
