I have a Sony a7iii. These were done with a sigma 85mm macro lens. I kept the shutter at 320 and the fstop was probably around 4 or so to get it bright enough. Post was done in Photoshop. I didn't do much there just auto adjustment for exposure and dehaze then ran it through a noise filter.
Last night I was able to get a picture of this male blue tail newt doing tail waving at the female. This is a newt breeding behavior. The male curves his tail and waves it back and forth quickly. He is wafting a pheromone at the female. If he she accepts he will drop a spermatophore (a packet containing sperm) that the female will walk over and pick up. While I've seen tail waiving in my alpines many times before, this is the first time I've been able to observe this behavior in the blue tail newts. So that's pretty cool!
