Help Yugang Horizontal CO2 Reactor Acrylic version

Hi guys
I recently installed Yugang Horizontal CO2 Reactor Acrylic version. I flow drop to Drip even on the highest speed of Jebao Dc pump 4000. I set that DC pump on speed 5 which really gives a nice flow in the 80 gallon tank.
What am I doing wrong here?
Anyone has video of this reactor running in their tank?

On the tank if I let the pump speed as is (which is Speed #5, 10 is the highest speed) outlet is kinda dripping! But If I let the pump in Speed 10 which is the highest speed, I see little flow. By the Way, this is my Brand new pump which I installed AFTER SEEING THE PROBLEM with the older pump last night, thinking old pump already wore off (1 year old). God know what I am doing wrong here.

No Leak at all But the flow is super low, its dripping rather.

Maybe there’s an air bubble in the tubing between the reactor and the lily pipe?

it's a priming/pressure issue. You'll have to mess around with the setup. Very likely you need to take your outlet lily pipe off your tank, lower it to ground level and point into a bucket. Prime your filter, suck the outlet if you have to, and get the water flowing. Once it does that the whole system will be primed. No horizontal reactor will ever actually reduce any flow to a trickle; something is wrong with the setup or priming.

Have you visually confirmed there's nothing blocking the openings in the reactors intake/outflow fittings where the hoses connect to? Unless those are obstructed its really just not possible for the reactor itself to restrict flow. It has to be something else

Twice already with spring brush thingy. But what? thats the question, still remains!!!

The reactor is just an open tube with a water inlet and outlet. Unless something is obstructed, the reactor cannot give significant back pressure, let alone stop the water flow.

If in doubt, I would suggest to take the reactor out and reconnect the tubes without the reactor, and see if that works. The problem is very likely in the pump or some obstruction in the system, but not the reactor.

Like Yugang said, the reactor is literally just an open tube. It cannot physically reduce your flow to the level you are describing, so we're just trying to help you find what it is. I think you're making a correlation because the water flow issue happened upon reactor installation, but it's likely because of a pump issue / tubing kink issue / gas pocket or priming issue, but it literally cannot be just from the reactor alone.

Maybe check the pump, then? If you remove the pump, does it work 100% when placed separately in a bucket or something similar?

No Sir, thought so with pump initially, changed to a band new pump, still the flow restriction exist. Please check the video in facebook when I replied you there.
