This was the only seller who had the 3 TC plants that i wanted (s.Repens, B.Japonica and L.Cardinalis Mini); have not heard of this site before but had ok reviews in general. These were also Tropica TC plants so thought it would be high standard and paid shipping as well. Received in 2 days, with good packing.

1. They sent me Juncus repens instead of S.Repens
2. The L.Cardinalis mini TC was in the worst state possible with all the gel in a liquid form and the plants all a clumped mush.
3. The Blyxa had brown roots which based on the 2Hr aquarist site says these have been sitting in storage for a long time, and also again with with liquid and not gel.

I have received prior TC in warmer climates in much much better condition. What do you guys think ? I have requested a refund.

I know where they came from. See THIS post. This is in The Fish Room in Raleigh, NC.
I didn't know they did mail order.
I picked plants out myself about 2 weeks ago and one was bad. I couldn't tell until I opened it.
The rest were fine. I think they received these during the bad hot spell we had a couple weeks ago.
Disclaimer: I have no association with the Fish Room. I just live in the same city.

Yah the owner was quick to respond and said would get store credit and might have been due to heat. That said, some of the roots were dark and grown long and may have just sat too long on the shelf. They also might not be from the US so now if you add international shipping not sure how many weeks they have been sitting in those cups. It is Tropica and not sure it tropica has any US site to grow and pack plants.

That's awesome. I feel like any time you order plants from anyone it can be a crap shoot with shipping and how well the plants do. So if something goes wrong, being responsive like that is great.
