Missing cherry shrimp

Give it time. 4 neocaridina shrimp will be hard to spot in that tank. If, and when they start to reproduce and the numbers grow, you'll start seeing them. Check your skimmer regularly. The stock float and cage, don't do a good job keeping shrimp out. There are some custom 3D printed parts that do better.

4 shrimp could hide for a long time in that tank!
Alternatively, if those are CPDs in there, they can be incredibly efficient shrimp hunters if they get the taste for them.
I’ve had a tank where they coexisted for over a year, then suddenly one day worked out they were food and took out a decent chunk of the shrimp population.
