Good eye! I had just used it in many tanks and wanted to try something easier. P deccanensis doesn't look great post-trim, so I tried a similar growth rate plant Penthorum sedoides.
As a side note, I HAVE had some issues trying to grow P deccanensis in rich water columns. Not impossible, just not as easy as in aquasoil tanks. I know that it is possible because I purchase mine from @Burr740 and he likes a rich water column. The few stems I have in my experiment tank are actually improving with higher Micros dosing, which I’m testing now.
I immediately thought of you when he mentioned he was selling, since you're also in Colorado, but wasn't sure if you'd be interested this soon after buying another large tank.

At first I didn’t think I should, even though I wanted it. I’ve been watching this iffy seam on my 125 g though, and reasoned it would be better to take advantage of this once in a lifetime deal, than wake up one day to a flooded basement. It’s not going to fail incredibly soon I think, but why wait until then and have to pay full price for everything, right?
Thanks! It’ll be coming this Sunday. It’ll be replacing the 125 though instead of being a new tank to scape. I may change some things though. I’m still thinking about it.
