How do you plan on getting the 1/4" CO2 injection line into the reactor?

I was going to just tap a valve I have some extras form a diy air manifold years ago. This is my biggest concern point... any suggestions?

Just make sure it's truly airtight! I'd have the injection port coming in the upper part of your reactor chamber, so that the injection goes directly into the CO2 pocket instead of bubbling up through the water below or on the side.

^^^This 100%. Especially if the aquarium is in a room you want it to be quiet. That bubble sound when there is no other, can be really annoying.

Fingers crossed that it works with water (this was a test not my chamber). I think the failure point would be the the valve itself. Now I'm second guessing and think I should find some sort of bulkhead.

Others have done it that way, but some pipe thread sealing paste might be a wise additional step.
