Aquasoil vs peroxide

Recently I treated cyanobacteria with peroxide. Days after that I noticed that my 9-month-old Tropica soil broke down in those areas.

I thought it was something random, bad soil, etc. ... So today I googled it and found out H₂O₂ can break soil granules ...

Last week when I vacuumed my substrate, I noticed it was all crumbly and wondered why it was breaking down so early. Now I know. I had treated a few plants in the foreground with peroxide. Amazing how much damage it does.
