New member, somewhere past beginner status. First CO2 injection on a planted tank was late 1980's, modified a Dupla regulator to fit a standard CO2 tank.

A shout out to Jeff Miotke for an excellent and informative presentation at the Aquatic Club of Pasco FL.

First CO2 injection on a planted tank was late 1980's, modified a Dupla regulator to fit a standard CO2 tank.
I didn't use the regulator, but my frist setup was Dupla also in 1996. It's all there was back then.
I used the Dupla reactor and pH controller. They were awesome. Took a lot to get it going, but eventually I did. The diffuser was excellent.
