Yesterday was a doomsday forecast for my area, across all news outlets. Turned out to be windy, 2 hours of freezing rain, then a steady drizzle all day long.

Funny how several inches of snow forecasted turned into a wet muddy mess. I've got all my ice fishing gear ready to go, just need those temps to plummet and stay there!

Looks like the snow is falling this morning! Just a dusting, nothing like what my neighbors to the west in Buffalo, NY have seen this year! Winter still has a long way to go here, averaging nearly 100 inches of snow a year!

I haven't been tagged, but, figured I would post this pic. Camera shot of the front of my house. Doesn't tell the full story though.
Currently it's -8 degrees headed to -13 degrees and the wind is stead at 20mph with a lot of 40mph gusts. Brrrrrr
And no, I am not going to shovel till it gets a lot warmer.
