OK, some of you brilliant folks need to develop this for our aquatic plants. According to the ad I just saw for this APP, not only can it instantly identify the plant, it can also tell you what specific mineral deficiencies the plant has just from the photo.

It works really well for terrestrial plants, I use it all the time for gardening research and native plant ID! One of the few use cases where I'm OK with using AI consistently Not sure how good it would be at ID'ing aquatic plant deficiencies, since there is so little accurate data from hobbyists for it to scan through. But worth a try.

For terrestrial plants where I live the diagnoses seem somewhat accurate, yes

I use google lens for plant ID and certain pests. I have seen pop up over the years.
