Hi all and sorry for delayed response here. Would the people that don't see it please send me a private message with what you are using to view the post? It's really strange for jpgs to be visible by some and not others as has been described.

Just walked by the tank and took a quick pic. Lights are ramping down right before turning off. Plants are just starting to close up for the night, and tank is pearling nicely. I don't know why but there is something very peaceful and calming about that last part of the day. Even the Bows seem like they are chillin'.

I only just noticed that you have the triflora as well, looks real nice under your lights. I love the bacopa colorata as well, the soft pink tones are lovely.

I’m going to need you to stop showing off 😆.

The Triflora seems like a nice plant. I just got it from Joe a short time ago. But it looks the best looking down at it. That is the centers get nice and pink but from the full tank view you don't really see the color. I'll get a pic looking down at it sometime.

Ha I could tell you a dozen things that aren't right! But it is what I got so I go with it.

One day I will get to the vision I have in my mind.......but never seems to quite be there.

That's the great thing about this hobby. You never really spike the ball, and there is always room for learning and improvement.

By the way, I tested my PO4 like I suggested to you today. Once before the water change, one of the dosed source water, and one after the water change.......PO4 was lower than I expected at the end of the week.

Might add a mid week dose to see what happens. See......it's a community effort!

100% accurate and really my biggest gripe with this plant. Most pictures you find of it it are top down so initial impression is that’s the whole leaf color. It’s an easy grow once it gets going and wow does it branch out. This plant loves the substrate, I would find a stray branch and when I went to tug it, it wouldn’t move lol it had emergent roots holding it down! Really aggressive grower

Is there a noticeable deficiency you think is linked? Or just conjecture and experimentation currently?

@GreggZ sometimes reminds me of Magnus Carlsen, who is beyond competing for championships. So boring :sneaky:
Keep up the fight @Unexpected , you're on your way but not quite there yet :ROFLMAO:
LOL you are too kind my friend! Here's the thing. I look at pictures of my tank and see every flaw.

Now guys who really enter competitions I have the utmost respect for. A real Dutch tank. Now that is some serious work.

No I haven't noticed anything I am trying to correct. But lot's of times when you are going down these roads you are looking for subtle changes. I have been doing this for years, and I am not beyond learning something new.

So I will alter things for a while and watch closely to see what if any changes I see.

But on a serious note @GreggZ , very few hobbyists have inspired so many beginners (me included) as well as experienced hobbyists as you and your tank.

I appreciate the kind words my friend!

And it's good to hear my constant stream of thought on all things planted tanks has helped or inspired some people along the way.

I can confirm the issue. I'm working on a fix.

The images are there. If you right click and select open in new tab, you should be able to see them. However, the system isn't loading them correctly for some reason.

I also tested my GH , and it's 1dGH lower than my 5.2ish I mix up in the storage. I'm going to up my RO dose to 30:10 Ca:Mg (6.5~dGH).

Interesting. I am running 18:6 right now so about 4 dGH. Have thought about upping it a bit and might have to give it a go as well to see what if any differences I notice. Will be curious to to see if you notice any changes.
