Sagittaria cf. graminea. This identification is still on the table. The overall size and flower are textbook S. isoetiformis, but the leaf shape is off. I feel confident it’s within the graminea complex though.

It’s Eriocaulon ravenelii season and I’m absolutely elated.

Mid summer blooms in the swamp are a schmear of pinks, purples, whites and every intermediate shade of lavender imaginable.

Oh I forgot about this one. It’s one of the few Floridian true native Val’s.

Vallisneria neotropicalis. It lacks that obvious wide, bright green lacustral stripe through the center that’s typical of americana. Pretty plant.
