Green Leaf Aquariums has just release a 2.0 Version of their CO2 reactor. It has 90 degree elbow at the inlet to really create a swirl effect and a CO2 atomizer, thus really upping CO2 absorption efficiency. I have their first version of reactor and plumbed a CO2 Atomizer, and the tech support chat looked it over with a thumbs up even suggest I retro fit a 90 elbow instead of 45 degree for an efficiency boost. They are now playing with adding a port for auto dosing ferts to have them integrate inside the reactor. I like such thinking! Here is a link from their facebook page. It's still in testing.
