Waterbox Aquariums just announced the date of their annual Blue Friday event; Nov 7th. Not only will most, if not all of their tanks be on sale for at least a week, but they're giving away over $25000 in gift certificates during their livestreams throughout that day.

Sales are live. I just purchased a Clear 4820. That's it, other than replacing the scratched up rimmed 90 gallon with a new rimmed 60 gallon, no more new tanks for me for at least a year. It'll take that long to scape what I have. By the way, Buce Plant has Controsoil 10% off.

I ordered a Clear 4820 (72 gallons), expected to arrive in 4-6 weeks. I figured this would be the best deal I could get, unless I win today on the BlueFriday event, lol! It’ll just barely fit on my stand, actually being .2 inches longer front to back. I don’t think that little bit will be a problem.

Yeah, they were tricky in how they changed their pricing. The 4820 used to be $949 but I saw that it had been marked down to $749 recently. I then realized why, when I checked out and saw that shipping is no longer free. Tank price is still lower than most other rimless 120P tanks though, especially with the %15 off.

Oh yeah, tuning into to each segment to get the bonus words for extra entries. Even though I don't have much interest in setting up a saltwater tank, it's still interesting to learn about them.

Same for me. This was my third event (2 Blue Fridays, and 1 Fresh Friday) and no luck, but others have said they've attended all Waterbox events over the years and still not won anything. I think there are thousands signed up for the giveaways.

Old thread but I won one of the drawings and that's how I got my Waterbox 20 AIO. This was my first try. So it's not impossible.
