OXYTURBO CO2 regulator

Hi Guys
Anyone here using an oxyturbo CO2 regulator >?
I am currently using a Fzone & have a suspicion that the CO2 fluctuates when the tank is about 70% empty
I inject somewhere around 40 bps & i doubt if theese cheaper regulators can take that much flow
have heard GLA is the gold standard but unfortunately it is not available here in india & I dont want to go through the hassle of importing it
have also looked into the option of DIY but that seems too complicated , esp with making sure all parts are compatible
oxyturbo seems like a somewhat decent choice

@Bettatail and @Alanle both make and sell these custom regulators, cost more but will last you forever and I believe both will ship to India

I would personally go for any industrial dual stage regulator over any aquarium specific single stage regulator. DIY isn't too complicated. Even in India, you should be able to get these a lot cheaper, and expect much better performance in terms of flow and prevent end of tank fluctuations.

Something like this - if you find something, just ensure it is actually dual stage (some ebay listings I've seen have also conflated dual stage vs dual gauge), you can tell if it has a protrusion out the back which isn't evident in this particular listings photos:

If this is the same regulator you are thinking of buying @Akshay - this is not dual stage and I expect you would see the same issues as your FZone.

Any regulator that is single-stage would only be safe for an aquarium without livestock

the fzone i currently have is dual stage (not dual gauge, tho that is a term I had not come across earlier, will keep an eye out for this in the future) the Fzone pro series
Will definetly get in touch with @Bettatail , though the connections you guys use in US are quite different from the ones we use here in India ( our's is similar to EU , I think) & importing and dealing with customs esp explaining to customs what this regulator is going to be used for is something I am not looking forward to

As another option, If you correctly tailor your measurements on a Yugang reactor , to dissolve the CO2, it is designed to mitigate weaknesses in a regulator or needle valve

Yes I should have done that , but this sump & reactor were built before I was a member here :-( ,
( this forum has such a wealth of knowledge on yugang reactors) & since reactors are not available in India I made a DIY Cergey type reactor as that is the only one I could find information on
but it is on my to do list

But even with a yugang reactor fluctuating CO2 will still cause issues won't it ?
