As I like to do every year, I'm sharing our site statistics from Google to give you as sense of how we're doing from an activity perspective. Our goal is a flourishing and growing community, not traffic for traffic's sake, but we do want to see things going up and to the right.
These are our annual numbers:
I want to see green up arrows every year and we definitely did that for 2025. Now, please bear in mind that some of what you're seeing is the result of AI bots devouring the Internet (mostly from China). Specifically, the Key events (unanticipated spikes) are due to massive visits from these bots designed to educate AI LLMs.
Notwithstanding, however, we clearly are growing and active as a community and I'm thankful and grateful for that.
I will be sharing our financial position a little later into the year but I can tell you we are doing fine and covering our operating expenses.
