Plant Nymphoides sp. Taiwan

An article describing an aquarium plant in the aquarium plant database
Wow, absolutely beautiful plant.

I just began growing it myself, and came across your image here. I am now so excited for mine to grow out more per your image, the leaf texture and shape is so unique compared to most. My Pygmy Corys enjoy resting on its cup shaped leaves as well, so it has a practical usage alongside its visual beauty. :giggle:

Thanks very much!

I’ve heard that you can, but I haven’t tried to train it. I just periodically pull the whole thing out and replant some of it. Any part that has roots can just be cut off and planted and it’ll take right off.
