It is sad they stopped playing the Irish. Remember back in the day many times it was the first game of the season. And as much as I hate the Irish, it was a great tradition.
It was a great rivalry. I can honestly I’m glad for the wolverines. Maybe one day they can get it going again. It doesn’t seem like football season without that game as the opener

I just hope Bama gets this hire right. The Shula years were rough let me tell you! But things are different now and really any bozo should be able to cruise Les Miles style on the momentum Saban has built

Bama's AD is keeping things very close to the vest and most of the talk right now is click bait rumors and speculation. The latest that I actually believe is itll either be Kiffin or DeBoer from Wash. I'd be fine with either one. I also wont be surprised if its someone outta left field nobody's even talking about. We'll see...

Bama just picked up Kalen DeBoer....that didn't take long

Bama hiring DeBoer

Thats a shady looking character youre with bro, but his hat game is on point!

*Gregg had this hat made for me and surprised me with it in the mail. Pretty sweet right!
That is a sweet hat! Glad to see you’re still rocking the T5’s too

I'm a big time lsu fan. From Louisiana originally.

Lsu fired their entire defensive staff, which was good as that was our worst defense stats ever i think.

Pulled over the d line coach from texas to be our d line coach so far.

Will be interesting to watch a saban less bama. Wonder how many commits will decommit?

Don't get me started. I have some good stories to tell. Best over a nice glass of single malt scotch.

Here's a pic with another famous person you might like! ;) ;) ;)

I truly hope to be the third guys with you two enjoy a nice glass of scotch with friends talking plants. I’m a Glenlivet guy and I’m buying when we can recreate this photo.

I’ll just try to hang with you two and not make you look bad.

Well, as a Miami (the “real” Miami) fan 🙌🏻, I know what it’s like to be on top and then things go sideways … for a long time. I hope Bama gets it together and uses this as an opportunity to continue to build on what’s there. They need to stop the rumor mill to avoid decommits.

Also as a Miami fan I too have a love hate relationship with the Irish. Storied program but I’m still hurting about the Catholics versus Convicts thing.

To borrow a phrase from recruiting experts, there are a lot of fluid situations happening atm, lol.

A few have decommited, couple of whom are studs. And a few current players have entered the portal. This is all to be expected really. But one of the only knocks against DeBoer is he's not known to be a very strong recruiter. Or maybe a better way to put it is not exactly a recruiting-focused coach. And to stay on top in the sec he will have to be. The consensus is that he needs a few recruiting studs on staff with ties to the south.

His offensive staff is mostly in place, he brought most of his Wash staff on that side of the ball. Which is awesome. Still hasnt named (read: found) a DC or other position coaches. Seems to have whiffed on a couple 1st choices. So there's a lot of hand wringing by the masses on that. I think a lot of things will iron out when the defensive staff is in place and recruits/players know who they'll be playing for
