To borrow a phrase from recruiting experts, there are a lot of fluid situations happening atm, lol.
A few have decommited, couple of whom are studs. And a few current players have entered the portal. This is all to be expected really. But one of the only knocks against DeBoer is he's not known to be a very strong recruiter. Or maybe a better way to put it is not exactly a recruiting-focused coach. And to stay on top in the sec he will have to be. The consensus is that he needs a few recruiting studs on staff with ties to the south.
His offensive staff is mostly in place, he brought most of his Wash staff on that side of the ball. Which is awesome. Still hasnt named(read: found) a DC or other position coaches. Seems to have whiffed on a couple 1st choices. So there's a lot of hand wringing by the masses on that. I think a lot of things will iron out when the defensive staff is in place and recruits/players know who they'll be playing for
