My question is, what would you say to a scape with just one rosette, and that rosette is a curtain? And how would you feel if this curtain isn't green?

That's what I've seen more common with modern "dutch" tanks. Might lose points in the competition, but looks pretty good in general.

Yeah, I'm torn...I am tired of lilies and swords are difficult to work in. I'm definitely torn on traditional standards versus winging something more stem centric.
If it's crypt spiralis you're thinking about, it gets really large too, though easier to work with than echinodorus for sure. How about aponogeton species?
