I'm just getting started. I have a 75 gallon, Fluval Planted 4.0 light, FX4 filter and a cool piece of driftwood so far. I'm currently in the fog of researching which substrate I want to go with. Everytime I think I have a plan, I read about another way and it just gets me re-thinking my ideas. Right now, I like the idea of a base lava rock to help build things up and provide some filtration. After that, I was going to do some sort of nutrient layer like APT Start or something, and then aquasoil. That's where I'm getting hung up but, I'm working through it. I don't plan to really get things going until we get back from Spring Break.
