We've had a lot of conversation about lids and evaporation and automatic top off / ATOs 💯💯 now it looks like Tunze is closing out inventory on the old style nano Osmolator 3152s at a great price 😎

Edit: sold out at amazon, Aqua cave still has some 👍

Rated for up to 55 gallons, and with a reputation for running forever 💯💯

This model has the old style physical float switch, that a lot of reefers prefer over the optical sensor in the new Nano 3s 👍

Shoot! Guess they flew off the Amazon shelves today 😕😕

$119 shipped 👍 Looks like Aquacave still has a few!
Ah, that was the price I saw on Amazon but it just didn't make my bargain detector go off. If it dipped into double digits, I might go for it.

To be clear 😅 the emphasis here was on bulletproof, not on price 😁 💯

The 3152 was discontinued three years ago when the Nano 3 came out, and they've been sold out everywhere. 30 bucks off is great , but the OG manual float switch is what has them vanishing off Amazon.

Assuming you have this model, can you do me a favor and provide some dimensions of the float switch; Height from bottom of switch in tank to top where wire exits and diameter of float. I think I can build a DIY version of this ATO fairly inexpensively. I have eyes on a switch I think may be about the same size but would like to compare.
