Let's get into the holiday spirit! Some of you have seen the 12 days of Christmas and it's fun to talk about gifts. I know it's not about consumerism but this is our hobby and who doesn't like getting new stuff for your tank(s)???

So vote and speak up! What are you hobby to get this holiday for your aquarium? Any good upgrade you're planning?

I asked Santa for the very last 60" 80w T5-HO lighting fixture I could find online in Canada, I'm not sure he got my letter in time though...

I also am hoping for a return pump for a sump project, some smart WIFI power bars, overflow materials etc.

Not expecting anyone to actually buy me any of it, as it's all very specific or expensive, but one can hope!

Typically the holiday's are when I get back into the groove for keeping my tanks up to par. This past year has been the busiest of my life, and my plants are showing it!

I'd like Santa do bring me the motivation and time to complete the doors of the stand I built

The only things I have left to do are literally painting the two panels for the doors, gluing them in, and then attaching the hinges. I also would need to drill a hole for the handles. It's probably a couple hours work at most but I keep finding other things to do.

My new tank is here already plus new WRGB custom made light plus a complete CO2 system :p
Still reluctant to work on it, probably will do some high tech experiments first on a smaller tank before I proceed with the new tank

I'd love a 180u 🤣 . . Just need to figure out how to get it into the tight basement ... Might need to knock lots of walls out 🥺😂

Why reluctant?
I feel that I need to learn a few things about fertilization, light and CO2 first before I start on the new tank. Probably will start on it somewhere during Q1 2023 after doing some experiments in a smaller tank first
