I would like to share my 1.5 year journey of setting up and maintaining my UNS 5S pond scape.
Firstly, thanks to @Burr740 for nudging me to write this journal! I usually post reels and photos on FB, but having a journal sounds interesting. This tank was setup first on May 6th 2023. About 6 months ago, I replaced aquasoil in the foreground to sand. Other than that, no other big changes. This tank is pretty much on auto-pilot. It is a low energy tank. I will post videos and photos in subsequent posts as they are on my phone.

Details:
- Tank: UNS 5S, 14.17"x8.66"x4.72", 2-gallons
- Driftwood: 6 pieces of Malaysian driftwood
- Circulation: Cheap water pump from amazon. Lifts water to the top of the hardscape and cascades to the bottom
- Aquasoil: ADA Amazonia V1
- Sand: ADA LaPlata
- Moss: Christmas Moss
- Plants: Ferns and margnial plants (From Lowes, local pond shop)
- Water change: 50% once in 2/3 weeks
