Every so often, someone asks how the title under your name is decided. I figured it would be interesting for everybody to know a little more about it.
The title under your name changes as your engagement with the community increases over time. It measures the number of times you've posted and awards you the title accordingly.
These are the current levels you can achieve:
- New Member 0 - 19 posts
- Community Member 20 - 99 posts
- Active Member 100 - 499 posts
- Well-known Member 500 - 999 posts
- Valuable Member 1,000 - 2499 posts
- 2500 Club Member 2,500 - 4999 posts
- 5000 Club Member 5,000 - 7499 posts
- 7500 Club Member 7,500 - 9999 posts
- 10K Club Member 10,000 posts
It's based on an honor system. Essentially, we want to reward members for being engaged but not for gaming the system. The Staff reserve the right to remove posts from anyone that simply posts in order to increase their post count.
In the end, I hope you see it as a little source of pride in yourself and your fellow ScapeCrunchers. You're being recognized for leaning in to our growing community.
