This will be my first no-tech, but I'm a little concerned about temps since I keep the house pretty warm during the day but let it drop quite a bit at night.

I use this heater, and attempt to keep it tucked in the gravel. It raises the temp 5-10 above the air temp of the room. You don't set a temperature, if it is plugged in, the heat is on.

I looked at those and was curious, thanks. I've also done some reading that said, if it's just Neocaridina shrimp, they're pretty tolerant of the typical day to night temp fluctuations of nano tanks without heaters. Wouldn't hurt to have there just in case though.

Neos will be fine without a heater. The change through the day/night cycle is so gradual, they don’t care, and they’re good even in very low temps.
