This was funny. The photo being a dslr. I have on my to do list to make a video on how to take exceptional photos and film of aquariums. It’s definitely challenging. Though I feel most folks appreciate good content but don’t care that much to go through the effort to make it. Maybe Im wrong?
Oops! It was a stand in photo and I thought I had saved this as a draft!
I would love to link to that when you do it, @Jeff Miotke. We are going to re-start our Photo of the Month contest on May 1 and I'm sure many would appreciate learning or re-fresher.
It’s hard to get a clear close up focus on the fish since they often get startled by you approaching the tank. I usually have the focus fixed and will just sit my hands at a spot that I like and just wait for the fish to pass by, then try to take as many photos as I can. Feels kinda like hunting!
