So I collected this very typical wild myriophyllum aquaticum and tossed some of the longer stems in my tank that were never fully submersed. Surprisingly, the emersed tops are turning a bright orange/red coloration similar what you would see in tuberculatum submersed growth.
Any thoughts? Week Aqua M450 at 75% power, co2, etc; typical medium tech setup.
