With stunting that light colored, probably a micro deficiency of some kind. Maybe Boron?
Most of us highly encourage fertilizing when adding fresh water after a water change. How much do you fertilize each week?

Fe (DTPA 11%): ~0,13 ppm
Fe glu: ~0,04 ppm.
Mn ~0,027
B ~0,025 ppm
Zn 0,023 ppm
Cu 0,0022 ppm
Mo 0,0011 ppm
Everyday

Seems reasonable. Especially if you have aquasoil. Sometimes large changes will just trigger stunting in certain plants. If it grows out of it in the next 2-3 weeks, you're fine. If it doesn't get better by then, something is out of balance.
