Is that 7 ppm Fe from CSM+B? If so that's way, way more than any tank could ever need.for micros im using plantex csm+b and dosing abt 7ppm a week
yessir i've been hanging in and cleaning as much as possible haha. I will jsut rebuy more plants when the tank stablizes.Hang in there. It can be frustrating seeing the die back / melt. Aquatic plants are very very resiliant so they will bounce back. Water changes are your friend.
im sorry i meant 0.7 ppmIs that 7 ppm Fe from CSM+B? If so that's way, way more than any tank could ever need.
Which type of AS do you have? In the beginning you really only need to worry about micros with AS but that also depends on which brand you have. For example there is a massive difference between using ADA AS and Fluval Stratum, one is loaded with nutrients and the other not so much. For now I think just having detectable levels is fine, but stay consistent, plants like consistency.Back onto my post, lately as I'm dosing I do notice that halfway into the week I'm having about 5ppm for nitrates. Is that too little? How much should I be dosing for fresh aquasoil? I bought the saliferts stuff to help me find out how NPK I will have at the end of a week. Is EI the best method for now?
