Angelfish in a 33g long?

Hello all,

Unfortunately no space for the 6' long 135g anytime soon.

However, i also have a 33g long. Think 20g long but 4' long.

I'm worried the height isnt tall enough for an angelfish.

Thoughts?

Well, 55 gallon is 4 feet long with more height.

I really don’t think a 33 long is tall enough for adult angelfish. The 55 mentioned above would work much better.

Im trying to convince the wife for a 75g. Maybe as her new 10g shrimp tank does well with the strawberry rasboras, she will be fine with a 75g.

I am waiting for Petco’s next half off sale. I built a new stand for a 75.

I bought two small Angels at Petco as an impulse buy about the size of a nickle. They are about 3 inch diameter body now, and I am suspecting they will appreciate the bigger tank…
